Terms and Conditions – 10 Win Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 10 Win ("10 Win," "we," "us," "the Platform"). Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your 10 Win account. 10 Win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

• Deposits made to 10 Win are intended for use on the platform. Deposits made in error may be refunded on request subject to verification, less any applicable third-party processing fees charged to 10 Win.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, virtual sports bets and any other wagering activity placed through the 10 Win platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Do not assume a bet is placed based on the entry screen alone.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market. These may vary by sport, competition and market type. 10 Win reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case results stand.
• In-play betting: Bets on live markets are subject to a short delay to manage latency. 10 Win does not guarantee the ability to place in-play bets at any given time due to network or system factors.
• Cash Out: Where the Cash Out feature is available, the offered amount is a calculation based on current market conditions. 10 Win is not obligated to offer Cash Out on any specific bet and may suspend the feature during live events at its discretion.
• Accumulator bets: Accumulator bets require all legs to be correct for a win. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the voided legs removed. Odds for remaining legs are unaffected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

10 Win offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the relevant terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses at 10 Win carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonus validity: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Real money balance may be returned at 10 Win's discretion following a review, provided the funds were not obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means.

10. Fraud and Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 10 Win and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be referred to relevant authorities:

11. Limitation of Liability
